The app is perfect; for what my needs are at least

This was exactly what I was looking for when I originally got CallRecorderLite back in 2015.... a glitch-free, bug-less & BS-proof, simple (yet versatile & dynamic) call recording program that's equally effective under both controlled scenarios such as scheduled and/or outbound phone calls, as well as for spontaneous applications in which one may need to be prepared to quickly, stealthily & likely unexpectedly initiate recording of a call involving an unknown or blocked number and/or caller; or possibly to coyly catch a rival or adversary making incriminating, inappropriate, threatening remarks - or simply solidifying an oral binding agreement via documented voice/call recording with date/time/number, etc for validation (and if needed, even a full written transcript of the entire recording for a reasonable fee). This is one of my most critical apps that when I do use, is extremely important for my business.

Reply to “linsbee1” - you’re wrong

Yes you can record someone without their knowledge....in certain states and jurisdictions....the state I live in allows for such “AS LONG AS” at least “ONE” of the parties involved knows about the recording (this means you as you record someone...you are that 1 in that party then) & is admissible in Civil Court and Criminal Court. I’ve been working in State Law Enforcement in the state I live in now for 19 1/2 years and know quite well what’s allowed and what is not.....like I said...in certain states and jurisdictions....check you laws people....if it’s not allowed....leave that lame worthless state then as soon as you can and give their government no more of your money....or stand up and change such a ridiculous law....Hit your state & goofy politicians in the pocket book where it counts for them and you’ll see changes post-haste. They just go with the flow...that’s all and yes, it really is that simple. Have dealt with uneducated goofy politicians for 19 1/2 years also at my job. It’s fun dealing with them and how you can get them to bend on your behalf if you know how.

I paid it for this for legal purposes

Legally you’re not allowed to record someone without their knowledge, however when you’re in a situation where you’re dealing with very sketchy people you need to make sure that you’re covered and your story checks out. Now during the first conversation when I informed the person I was recording them and they said OK, it just so happens that CallRecorderLite then disconnected and now I don’t have that on the recording that I need it for. The other time, of course the one where I notify the other person the call recording app does not disconnect but sure as hell records her saying that she does not want to be recorded. So overall it’s a handy app and good to have, a little complicated in the sense of having to call and then merge calls and what not So the money I don’t think it was worth it but the only way to get a full recording and save it of course is to buy it. So hopefully an update is coming soon

Need more credits?!?

I downloaded CallRecorderLite and recorded two calls . I haven't even listened to them yet. I went to use CallRecorderLite for a third call recording and got a message that I don't have enough credits and I would need to purchase more credits in order to use. For one thing , I thought CallRecorderLite provided recordings with 60 seconds of playback, no purchasing involved. I would be happy to pay for an app worthwhile but since I have barely gotten any use nor do I know what the two recordings I have even sound like, I do not plan to pay for the unknown. Additionally it is very unclear what $9.99 even covers. Is that for unlimited access for one month? One year? Why would I need an additional 20 minutes of recording time if I purchase one year of allegedly unlimited service? With so many apps out there that do the same thing, I would go for something much more straightforward. Something seems intentionally murky.

surprise you with a pop up for 9.99 to listen to the rest of your recording

I downloaded CallRecorderLite with intentions to try it out and see what I think. I was having a pretty serious conversation I needed to have document of so I thoughtThis will be the perfect time to try out the recording app I just downloaded. So I read the instructions press the record button it has me calling number then I called the other party and merge the calls. Yes it does involve a little bit of work but it wasn’t that bad I thought it was going pretty good , I hang up went back into CallRecorderLite to play my recording after a minute goes by a pop up saying upgrade for 9.99 ! Absolutely sneaky all this says about the developer is DISHONEST. Yes that’s a way to make someone pay you but it’s not right. Don’t download CallRecorderLite find another recording app that won’t lowball you.

YOU WILL BE VINDICATED!!!

Have you ever been told by a customer service representative of a company that you would pay X amount of dollars for an item or service? Then when you called back to pay it’s not the price that you were quoted? Or in many other examples someone told you something that was incorrect or false? CallRecorderLite will record your conversations and vindicate you! I can’t count how many times someone told me something or gave me incorrect information! Airline flights, flight changes, insurance policy coverage info, instructions to arrive at a destination! Get CallRecorderLite and have peace of mind and ammunition to hold people accountable to their words and promises!

Call Recorder will hold your recording for ransom!

Don’t download Call Recorder unless you’re willing to fork over $9.99 for “premium” to listen to your recording.

I don’t have a problem paying $9.99, if I feel it will be worth it for me. What I have a problem is the lack of transparency. Rather than listing the price on CallRecorderLite Store up front, I downloaded this “free” app and recorded one phone call. When I went to retrieve my recording, I was only allowed to listen to 60 seconds before CallRecorderLite stopped, saying I could access the rest of the recording for $9.99, basically holding the recording I made in good faith for a ransom.

Like I said before, I have no problem paying for an app if I find the cost to justify the value to me. But nowhere did it say in the description what that cost would be, thereby allowing me to shop around for the best product at the right price point for me.

Awesome app

It’s such a relief to have an app that can record phone calls that are very important to replay and or share with others later. Not only calls I dial but also incoming calls can be merged to be recorded. They even save my recorded calls for up to one year!. Awesome application!! I haven’t had one single dropped call or error dialing through CallRecorderLite. Perfectly clear recorded calls on an easy to navigate app makes my life so much more convenient than before. If you don’t have CallRecorderLite: get it! Definitely a great invention🙂

The free version works great!

I tried the free 60 seconds version, and love it! 60 seconds is more than enough if you’re just trying to get some quick information; Like a phone number, email address, website address, etc. Shame on those that are complaining that it’s not free, that you have to pay, because 60 seconds is not enough. You are freeloaders. You cannot have everything for free, 60 seconds is more than enough. And $9.99 is not a bad deal, especially if you’re going to be using it a lot.

Superb, fabulous, fantastic, marvelous, and great

I just have to say this is the 1st app that I paid more the .99 for. Totally worth it!

I own a business ad I always wanted to record my calls for training Purposes. Just like when call most business you here

"being recorded for training purposes"

I have a 16GiG iPhone. So my space is very limited. So my solution is cool. CallRecorderLite lets export to what ever app you my have cloud service with. I use Dropbox, Sugarsysnc, cubby, copy and google drive! So I can record for ever.

Only problem I find is that I can't figure our nor do i know if there is an online log in or not.

I read some reviews about delays during conversation. What I do if some one calls me. I'll say:

"I'm on the phone can I call you right back. I have to say Goodbye"

Then Call or start the recorder 1st then call them back and you won't miss a thing.

I paid for the full version and it was worth the money.

Call Recorder is a LifeSaver - No more he said she said...

This product is easy to use and inexpensive.

I have used it for several years and would recommend it to anyone, let me say that again... Anyone!

#gamechanger
#easytouse

Best, advice, try it!

When someone calls, this is what I do... , someone calls, bill collector, client, vendor, insurance company, whomever, annoying person or salesperson is say, hold one one second let me end this other call...

Open CallRecorderLite
Press the Phone Icon
Let it Ring, it says beginning recording - followed by a slight beep, the I hit the merge calls icon on my iPhone!

I thank the caller for waiting and apologize for making them hold...

The great thing is even if I exceed my recording time, it still records/logs the call and I simply have to buy more credits, which are really inexpensive! Having a crystal clear digital record of a call is amazing!

Thanks, Call Recorder y’all really rock!

Love!

Good sound quality. Buy credits and use only what you need. No subscription. What you don’t use stays in your account in CallRecorderLite foreverUntil you use it. Top off as needed. Have to figure out how to start recording, either during a call or before making a call. A little confusing to figure out at first. Easy to forget if you haven’t used the feature in a while. Great app Once you get the hang of that, in terms of sound quality and ability to store credits.

Working fine

CallRecorderLite has worked fine for me. No issues getting it to work. It’s EXACTLY like adding another call to your current conversation, so it requires a smidge of knowledge of how your phone and the world works. My issue is that a one hour call was too large to share? Something about running out of tokens or credits? Don’t know what that means and no mention of it in here or in CallRecorderLite itself. No clarification on it whatsoever. So I guess I’ll have to buy something else, even though this is the best product I have tried so far. Can’t be running out of credits and having zero resources to help fix it.

Great recording app for it being free...

There are in app purchases, but I haven't found it necessary to purchase the upgraded version as of yet. I literally just downloaded it & tried it out for the first time about 10 min ago. The sound quality is great. The only thing I find it could be better with, is how long it takes to merge your call from the regular conversation to the recording session. It could be a little quicker in my opinion. But so far I think it's a really great app!

legal

i’ve read where other people say that it’s illegal to record someone without their knowledge or permission. This is simply not true and people do not understand the law. in most states the law is called a one party rule. it simply means that only one party needs knowledge that the recording is taking place. It’s illegal to record somebody else’s conversation that you are not a party to meaning you cannot ease drop on to unsuspecting people and listen to their conversation or record them without permission but you can record a conversation that you are a party to without the other party consenting or having knowledge.

Really great app

I like CallRecorderLite because you purchase credits instead of a monthly or yearly subscription.
I only need to record certain phone calls and so I have plenty of credits to be able to do that instead of having a continual subscription to pay for.
I did a test call and found the recording to be clear and it sounded just like the phone call.
I recommend CallRecorderLite over all other telephone recording apps because of the above features.

Wonderful Product Even Though They Missed Some Info In the Summary

This product has really worked well to record some client sessions so I can reference details that are crucial to my reporting.

However, they forgot to mention that you basically have to buy minutes to record the calls. But I can save the conversations anywhere and even have them transcribed.

I’m not a fan of most business apps but this one is worth it!

THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME MY GRANDMOTHER’S VOICE

7 years later and I still have access to a quality, hour-long audio recording of a phone call with my grandmother who has been passed away for several years now. This recording will be precious and valuable to many of my family members! I’m so impressed and thankful that I haven't lost access to a recording from that long ago on a free downloaded app. I’m a big fan!

Easy to use

I've tried quite a few call recording apps and this is the easiest to use. I wasn't thrilled it cost $9.99 to listen to recording past the 1:00 minute mark. In a perfect world it would be less expensive or at least provide a way to earn points towards downloading it for free, which I've seen other developers do by giving points for sharing CallRecorderLite , rating CallRecorderLite and also viewing related advertisements.

This app!

I love CallRecorderLite..very convenient to say the least. I transcribe a lot so regardless of having to pay, I prefer to go the traditional route and write it out myself. Nonetheless, I switched phones and had to download all of my apps again...thought my saved recordings would be lost and would you look at that...there they were/are, still in my phone, right where I left them..If that doesn’t deserve 5 stars, then idk what does.
