The wifi

Alright here we go. I never write reviews but I’ve genuinely never felt so scammed from a wifi company.
My parents decided to move to the mountains because of “mountain men” thanks. So we don’t have any sort of wifi out here and my mother works from home. Initially this wifi company worked good but we started to notice on days our wifi cut out and crashed, we used at least over 24 gbs.
Its worse for people in the mountains because of snow and weather. But the system crashes alot already- that people who live in the mountains just good luck.
It uses up gbs each time the system crashes. So when weather gets bad it uses more. Initially i use around… 1 gb a day for work. But on days it crashes I use 8 gb to around 24. I can only get a monthly allowance of 50 each month because of how overpriced the wifi is. Its outrageous to spend 99 dollars plus whatever tax for 50gb.
To sum this up. Don’t use this if you live in the middle of no where or in the mountains. Good luck.

I open a GlocalMe account when I bought my device a year or two years ago. I guess I don’t always use the app so I do not always keep it downloaded on my phone. It did not used to cost you money. It will cost you two dollars now but it will mislead you because it will say no. You won’t be charged anything until you make a purchase but you will be purchased. Just you’ll be thinking of purchase. Just use the device. Excuse me the app but when I got back into the app because my device has been stolen and I wanted to make some changes to the settings of the the app is treating me like I have never had an account with them before and even when it brings up my name, it doesn’t even bring up my device anymore so another user friendly not very reliable and if your devices stolen you’re just rude

Essentially this is a bait and switch. I purchased a data package which I thought I understood fully it was for $99. Two days later I had been informed that I was out of data which was impossible. I could only contact them through online support and they couldn’t give me a clear explanation as to why I was out of data two days later.. I am continuing to be charged on my credit card for a monthly fee which they cannot explain. I am going to have to cancel my credit card in order to have them stop charging me. Do not use these people!
