How to fix Foolz app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Foolz app on iPhone
Update Foolz app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Foolz iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Foolz on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Foolz network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Foolz not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Foolz App
1. On android, goto Settings » Foolz » click [Force Stop]

Update Foolz to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Foolz App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Foolz » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Foolz.

Fix Foolz unable to contact server/ Foolz internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Foolz » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Foolz » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
