I should received my parcel on 7 th November 2023. I try to send them couple messages, after last one attempt I got chat service with customers is no longer available online and when I checked opening hours it was displayed that they are closed 7 days 247, that means that I'm not able to make enquiries regarding to tracking my parcel. I could see only that order is created on 29. Octobar 2023. and that my parcel In transit status but there is no exact information of the location I don't now should I cancel transaction because this to me looks like organised scam white multiple players behind scene, to much fishy staff going aroud ordering this items specifically the tracking service is terrible.

I returned an item that did not fit on 7 October 2023 via Royal Mail 48 hour delivery (tracked). Still no refund.

WARNING Yes ordered on 21 March 2022 ang still waiting for my order. Tracking number of course shows that no package has been received from the Courier they have just generated an online electronic notifciation in order to provide a Shipping number so they say it is underway so you can not cancel your order. I contacted my Credit Card company and registered a complaint but one must wait 30 days for them to act. Would never order from them again. The Contact Help give no answers just generates the same answer with no results.

I have still not received acknowledgement or refund of my return received by Tradeinn on 3/12/21 despite sending my tracking information as proof!! They maintain they have not received the item!!

My order number is 26905873. I have ordered very expensively 2x helmets (Nolan N100-5 Plus distinctive N-Com Modular Helmet) that were advertised to have the n-com B902L communication system and ESS installed. (The helmet is set up and approved with an installed n-com communication system and with the innovative ess (emergency stop signal) The helmets arrived yesterday with no communication system installed. I have paid import tax as well on this package. I have spoken to one of the customer care center employees about this issue and all that I was advised is to return the helmets for a refund. Given the amount of time that it is going to take to return it, and the amount of money that I am going to lose because I bought it on a Black Friday special and it is now more costly to repurchase and the import tax that I will have to pay again on the new order I am willing to install the communication system myself if Motordinn can send me the 2x N-Com B902L systems with the ESS seeing that I already purchased it with the helmets in the first place.
