Unable to create account

I need to create an account but every time I submit the account application, the app shuffles all the fields incorrectly and it constantly asks me to ensure the email address is the same. It sets the email field to “United States” and locks it so I cannot enter the correct info.
Received this as a gift and have never been able to use it once.

App won’t let me view anything in landscape mode other than videos. I don’t want to use portrait mode.
