Will be requesting a refund. Can’t access previous issues or new issues even though I have iTunes subscription. Don’t know what happened but with whatever update, now losing subscribers. Will be contacting iTunes for reimbursement.
I’m so disappointed. Don’t buy this digitally. I’ve been emailing back and forth with CleanEatingMagazine people for days and the issue is still not resolved. Looks like great content, but all I can see with CleanEatingMagazine is 4 pages of the magazine. The rest are blank pages.
App will not function even after deleting and reloading it. Even back when CleanEatingMagazine loaded properly,the “library” would not restore. Seems like a great idea I truly wanted - my annual subscription won’t even work!
All you can do is buy a ezine. No info. No nothing but "Buy this issue" which of course is expensive. Magazine subscriptions are usually inexpensive but this one is at least 2 or 3 times more expensive than most others.
I have had CleanEatingMagazine for over a year all of a sudden you try to open it and within seconds it crashes. No access to any of the issues that I have paid for
The new issues do not push through ... You have to delete and re-add CleanEatingMagazine every month to get the issue! I sent an email to subscriber services and haven't heard a peep from them ...
It won't let me download my purchased issues from my newsstand subscription. It recognized my account but doesn't allow me to download and wants me to purchase digital copies through iTunes.
CleanEatingMagazine has not been updated since Jun 2017. I cannot open it to see the magazines I've subscribed to. It crashes on the iPad & the iPhone.
Don't buy it until it is updated/
I tried to purchase one month to try out the magazine but can't view anything. CleanEatingMagazine charges you but won't let you see anything.
The title says it all... The magazine is great, CleanEatingMagazine is awful! Of 15 iPad magazine subscriptions I have this is the ONLY one that cannot figure out how to push a new issue. Without fail, the only way I can download the latest issue is to delete CleanEatingMagazine , reinstall CleanEatingMagazine , log back in, and then FINALLY see the new issue that I've paid for. Year in advance. Infuriating!!!!! Rating two stars only because I live the magazine and am committed to a paperless lifestyle. Wish CleanEatingMagazine could get it together!!! Patience is wearing thin!
I've been subscribing to this magazine through my iPad going on my second year now. I can't say enough good things about this magazine, but their app is horrible. New issues don't come thru in a timely manner and most of the time I have to delete CleanEatingMagazine and re-install it just to get the new issue. I also wish they would install a recipe box, so that I could easily save and find my favorite recipes.
I'd love to love CleanEatingMagazine as much as I love the magazine, but right now I just don't!
