They never answer the question you’ve made, simply because they don’t bother reading it, as they will copy & past previously written texts to send you as an answer, which have nothing to do with your question, in the first place. They don’t know how to speak Portuguese, and are always introducing English words in their speech; however, if you switch to English they just don’t speak English either. Pathetic. Last but not least, they treat you as a child and send dozens of “reminders” about the payment of your credit card bill starting DAYS *BEFORE* the due date, and continuing several days after you have already paid (I have never paid after the due date). Very disrespectful with their clients, treating you as their BFF (please show some respect here, shall you?). But Nu works alright.
These silly announcements with the updates are a joke. They are trying too hard, looks sad.
The way Nu is designed is also terrible. Open any other banking app and you’ll see how it should look like...
Time to grow up and leave the cool startup good vibes behind...
I can’t login on my account, Nu shows an error message and crashes.
Please return with the search option in the transactions history. It was one of the most helpful features that allowed me to easily organize my financials.
I changed my phone over the weekend and can’t access some features until someone at Nubank reviews my picture. In the so criticized “traditional bank” I was able to solve my problem at the ATM in minutes.
What is this new phone password login screen?? Makes it 10x more annoying to use, makes no sense. Thinking of closing account.
Yesterday night (January 20, 2020) my app was updated to this last version. However, it is not opening since then. I’m currently using an iPhone 11 (regular edition) with the last iOS version.
Couple issues I had:
- password field (actual clickable area) becomes too small on iOS13
- clicking on the 'eye' icon to show the password hides the field entirely
- using a password manager's auto fill functionality (eg. 1password) hides the password field entirely
App is horrible. Is often loses all actions, doesn’t work. Takes forever to do anything. There’s so much to improve. Maybe if they developed it natively instead of hybrid, it would work.
Great idea with a lot of potential. Still has a long way to go, though.
But it needs an update to iOS 11. It has a few GUI glitches when looking to ur payment
The best digital bank!
The only thing I think they need to add is support to paying bills through PDF files. Other than that, it’s one of the best bank apps out there.
I have my account for almost a month now and so far it’s has been working just the way it say it will work. Hopefully it will continue so.

Nu works fluidly, the animations are great and differentiate Nu from the standard bank apps, with a much better user experience.
I wish NuBank could work in the US as well. I’ll be hoping for that to happen 🙏🏽🚀♥️
