They never answer the question you’ve made, simply because they don’t bother reading it, as they will copy & past previously written texts to send you as an answer, which have nothing to do with your question, in the first place. They don’t know how to speak Portuguese, and are always introducing English words in their speech; however, if you switch to English they just don’t speak English either. Pathetic. Last but not least, they treat you as a child and send dozens of “reminders” about the payment of your credit card bill starting DAYS *BEFORE* the due date, and continuing several days after you have already paid (I have never paid after the due date). Very disrespectful with their clients, treating you as their BFF (please show some respect here, shall you?). But the app works alright.

These silly announcements with the updates are a joke. They are trying too hard, looks sad.
The way the app is designed is also terrible. Open any other banking app and you’ll see how it should look like...
Time to grow up and leave the cool startup good vibes behind...
