The process of getting a card got stuck on the second step. I communicated with support several times. First reply was read the FAQ. I’d already done this, and if they had read my message they would have known there was no answers in FAQ. I just kept getting stock answers. My fifth message never received a reply. I would not trust this business to handle my money.
