Confusing. No parental controls.

All the control of this app is by the provider. We left our school and there was no way to delete our account. Our former provider said she deleted us but our info is still there. As far as I can tell our info will be there forever. When I chose the “chat with us option” from the famly site they forwarded my question to our former providor. Which was awkward for personal reasons. Not a fan of this app. Am loving the similar “seesaw”

Honestly was very surprised by this school. The teachers really care and go above and beyond for their kids. Lots of family fun day activities and plays as well! Love all the crafts and hand made gifts we receive as well!
