I am having trouble getting into my German American App on my phone. I recently upgraded into a new phone and now i cannot get into my mobile app. I need help please. j
Balance Someday

I have contacted the bank about my balance not being “live” but instead 2-3 days old. Deposit on Friday and it shows up on Monday from the app. Use the debit card and the deduction shows up 24-48 hours later. Asked a bank employee and she was more concerned about which phone I had Apple or Samsung. Would love to give this app more stars, but I can’t.
Inconsistency between accounts.

Withdrawals reflected from one account but never as a payment in the account that it matters. Has happened twice in past year and is still reflected inconsistently in spite of inquiry. Extra payments on HELOC as well as regular payments. Concerning. Raises questions that we shouldn't have.
Miss the widget!

I really miss the quick balance widget. It hadn’t been updated in forever because it wasn’t truly compatible even with the widgets in iOS 17, but with iOS 18, it’s completely gone.
