How to fix HappyKids app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HappyKids app on iPhone
Update HappyKids app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HappyKids iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HappyKids on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HappyKids network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HappyKids Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HappyKids not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HappyKids App
1. On android, goto Settings » HappyKids » click [Force Stop]

Update HappyKids to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HappyKids App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HappyKids » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HappyKids.

Fix HappyKids unable to contact server/ HappyKids internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HappyKids » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HappyKids » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HappyKids
