I was dumb enough to ask for the full version because I had trouble with the basic version. I assumed the full version would be a little bit more extensive and user-friendly. It’s not I don’t know how anybody even uses this thing. Don’t waste your time.

I have been using CostTrack a few weeks. I now go to add a transaction and it sends me to a page requiring me to pay for CostTrack to add any more transactions. CostTrack was just OK for free. Not willing to pay for it. Deleting it now.

Generally liked CostTrack and have no problem with companies making money of their products but this easily sold as free and after you have added transactions in it, months later, they hit you up with a no option but to buy full version. If they had made it obvious the “not full” version would expire I never would have downloaded it. Can’t continue to use unless you pay. Again I get the model but should have been up front about it.

App seems to be nicely designed and be simple enough to use. The only problem is that they seem to want you to enter all of your expenses and incomes manually. Not sure who has the time for that. Was hoping for an app to just take care of all that for me and categorize automatically. I know there are many apps by larger companies that do this.

We haven’t seen any major updates on CostTrack for years. It has very limited functionality compared to newer apps, no Shortcuts support for automation, old design, no widgets, does not link to any bank account.

Does the job but could be more user friendly.

Thanks for your reply. iCloud has the advantage of end to end encryption, which DropBox doesn't have.
DropBox has no encryption at all.

Thanks to CostTrack I can keep track of my expenses. When I’m in a hurry I use the widget. It would be wonderful to have a search tool within CostTrack .

I recently switched from a Droid to an iPhone. I used the same app for 10 years to keep track of expenses, but discovered that it wasn’t available for the iPhone. I wanted something easy to use to keep a total of expenses. After trying several apps that were too complicated and sometimes inaccurate, I found this one. I love it because it’s easy to set up and use. It syncs across multiple devices and it’s always accurate.

Intuitive design. Has all the features I can think of and want in an expense tracking app. A genius!!

I’ve been using CostTrack for several years now and really like it. Especially the synchronising part where I’m assured of the security of my data even if I lose my phone.
I would like to share CostTrack with my family members but wondering if CostTrack can restrict access to only the ‘Cost Sheets’ that I designate.

This is CostTrack what I looked for. It can track event wise income & expenses. Shows report in summary & in detail of individual events.

It took me a bit to get use to transfer or log in the information. Once I did that it is so easy.

Easy to use, up to date, fun & it's getting better all the time. It made my budget & me more efficient. Input information in cost sheets is simple and you get back the info you need. CostTrack became part of my daily routine and can't think being without anymore.

I have been using CostTrack for 1 year now and it has honestly changed my life. It’s super simple and still gets to use graphs to see where spending goes. I’m trying to get my friends to use it. Hey Creators, please leave this on CostTrack Store for ever! I’m subscribed to the monthly subscription. Thank y’all for a simple yet so helpful app!!!

CostTrack is great! I’ve been looking for a great new checkbook app since ireconcile app was discontinued.
