Only received one item out of my order . Impossible to contact Yoshirt because they only care about getting the money first and don’t care or follow up to see if you got your goods or not .

Sadly not up to their standards

I placed my order July 7th. I actually placed two orders by mistake but just reached out to customer service and they fixed the issue within 30min. Loved that! I got the email several days later my pants were in production and it should take several days for shipping. Perfect. Flash forward weeks later, still no update. So I reached out to customer service again and they responded within 24 hours that my pants have just shipped and gave me a tracking number. Receiving the pants my only conclusion is, my order got lost somewhere in production and when receiving my email they all scrambled to put my pants together that day and ship it ASAP. They look nothing like the preview picture, there are images out of line and duplicated that were not duplicated in the app. It looks like when they went to line up the pants to print they accidentally left the pants off center because everything is slanted to the left which leaves a huge chunk of the pants visible through the legs. Needless to say I will not be buying again, this was an anniversary present that I’m glad I ordered months in advance and gives me a chance to find something else instead.

Worst experience ever…

So im a part time DJ & needed some personal swag for my next show… I went on this app cause i thought I’m just getting a shirt made. Welp, i ended up buying two masks and a shirt with my logos on them. To say the product was terrible is an understatement. The masks won’t fit an adults face, one of my masks came with torn stitching. The pictures that i uploaded were crystal clear and JPG images ready to work with anything… Welp, or so i thought. If i could upload images i would show you the atrocities they did to my brand… All in all, I’ve been emailing them back and fourth about a refund , they keep dodging the refund and keep wanting to send me replacements.. i don’t want replacements i want my money back. Save your money, go to a professional all these custom whatever apps are literal crap.

Sorry for the delay

I ordered 3 T-shirt’s to commentate my daughters 5th birthday which is the 9th of September. One of the shirts came three days ago but the other 2 T-shirt’s won’t arrive till a day after her Birthday which is too late. When I emailed them and asked about they gave me the generic excuse there was a technical problem and were so sorry for the delay. Maybe instead of the effort you put in your little clever emails you can put it to better use and get your products out on time
