New update still archaic model

I wish I could share a screen shot to show you all what their interface looks like. They do not show you the name of the companies that have debited your account. All you see is “authorized payment” as the company in your feed. You have to click on each and everyone of the “authorized payments” to see whom it was to. This is the worst mobile app I have ever used. It honestly would have been a deal breaker for me if I had seen this before opening an account.
I think the 5 star reviews is from the developers because I can’t see how this lack of visibility in reading your report is okay with folks that do a lot of mobile banking. This mobile app is an epic fail.
Update: I have called to voice my dissatisfaction about a year ago to that number and told my bank manager and got a passive who cares sort of response and I was just a complainer. It was obvious you do lip service here for PR only.
Very clunky and inefficient business banking app

The check deposit function is clunky and just doesn’t not work well at all. I endorse checks via stamp and the app hardly ever recognizes the endorsement the first time, it takes 3-4 attempts in order to deposit one check. Sometimes I have to sign out and sign back in again just to get the check deposit function to work. I addition, it takes several different clicks just to get to the deposit screen and you can’t do multiple deposits, you have to run through the cycle every time for each check.
This is very inefficient for a business and is costing me lots of extra time and cycles to do simple deposits.
Umpqua- please fix this and make this app more business user friendly.

I was forced to switch to this app after having used the standard umpqua app for my business for 8 years. It’s actually terrible. Not being able to see expenses at a glance means my weekly bookkeeping literally takes 5 times as long. I have no idea whose idea it was to switch from what they had been using in their personal app but it’s absolutely awful. Literally every other banking app I’ve ever used (>10) shows you the actual transaction in the transaction screen without needing to click through. Probably just going to use a different bank for my business now... it’s simply not sustainable for a simple job to take this much extra time.
