IKEA Gift Registry Reviews

I was excited to use this registry app to help my relatives get me housewarming gifts...IKEAGiftRegistry worked fine for a day but then began to crash every time I tried opening it! Please fix this issue and update IKEAGiftRegistry soon :(

This was a great registry for us to use. We appreciated having the flexibility to use the voucher(?) towards the items purchased or other things. There had been a few things that we still wanted and a couple we had changed our minds about, so it was great to be able to use the funds however we wanted to!

I was very excited to manage my registry from IKEAGiftRegistry but I am not even able to log in! Each time I attempt to log in, I get an error message that either my email or password is incorrect. I have double checked my info repeatedly and I am able to login with the exact same info on my web browser, but not IKEAGiftRegistry . I have even tried the forgot my password feature and it does not even send me a password reset email. I am very disappointed.

The registry system is very complicated compared to other companies. The IKEA website wouldn't allow someone to buy a gift for us online, so they had to buy a gift card for the amount of the product. The registry showed that the gift had been bought, so we drove 40 minutes to the IKEA store only to find out that we have to request the gift card through IKEAGiftRegistry 24 hours before we wanted to use it, so now we have to drive out to the store again or pay $60 for the shipping.

I love that there’s an app but most of the products, the photos don’t show up. So I have to cross reference it with the catalog. What’s the point? I’ve been waiting for an update to fix this but it’s been 3 months since I’ve downloaded it. I want to use the baby registry but feel a little embarrassed to share it. Please fix!

I am happy that IKEA has a registry as we are closing on our first single family home. However, many items do not have an image on the registry—which is weird since they do on the website. Very few people are going to purchase an item they cannot view.

I was so excited to download IKEAGiftRegistry thinking it would be easier and quicker, but all I got was a head ache. The pictures show up a third of the time if I’m lucky, and even if I spoke Swedish, it doesn’t help me understand the product🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m so frustrated with IKEAGiftRegistry I’ve contemplated not even using ikea to register with...that’s saying a lot!

I’ve tried creating a new account, uninstalling and reinstalling, and even restarting my phone and IKEAGiftRegistry STILL doesn’t work. I can’t even log in. If there’s anybody listening, please help 😭😭😭 After logging in it acts like its loading and just crashes.

I’ve tried to login several times with IKEAGiftRegistry and does not accept my email and password. Funny thing is that if I login with same info on the web browser like Safari then I can login without any problems. I could not even use IKEAGiftRegistry . Please fix that.

I’m trying to use IKEA for my wedding registry. It’s super annoying that the pictures don’t show up. I ended up having to download the normal IKEA app and am just having to switch back and forth to make sure I’m adding the right product to my registry.. I hope they get this fixed soon.

I love this whole app, it is superrrr annoying that none of the pictures load to see what you would like to add...

We had a great experience using IKEAGiftRegistry. It was simple, straightforward and got the job done.

If any pictures do show up it takes forever, the whole app loads very slowly

IKEA really needs to update IKEAGiftRegistry. 90% of the pictures don’t show up. I can’t build a gift registry without seeing what I’m adding. Hopefully they fix this issue soon or I’ll have to find a different site to register to.

I have been waiting for this forever! I can list, share, chip in and even switch when redeeming.
