Can't get started on my 1st training course for Celebrity Cruise line. It will NOT load the video. Sent email with NO response. There's NO phone number of course because they don't want to talk anyone or be bothered by the end user.
Terrible service. I have not been able to contact anyone so that I can complete my certification and it is so frustrating.

Poor Poor Poor customer service. There is no one to help you when you have problems loggin in. I have logged in several times via hot schedules to take my scheduled courses for work and keep getting access denied. My employer says I should be able to get in but I still cannot. Since there is no phone number listed anywhere on their company website I sent several messages via Schoox customer service message center and have not had a courtesy of a reply.

This app is terrible. It won’t let me take my test again and I’ve been ignored by their customer service. I’ve contacted them 4 times in 4 days with no assistance.
