My subscription doesn’t exist

I payed my subscription to the gold level but it doesn’t appear. I’ve tried to restore the purchases, to contact the developer. I’ve pushed the button that says that I have trouble with my subscription, (which really shouldn’t exist at all) and a message appears that an email was sent to the developer, no one has contacted me, no one has fixed this issue and my money is gone!!!!

App doesn’t work

I opened the app and started filling out the information, but when I come to the last question, it asks me if I wan “sky alert gold” and it won’t work after that. I clicked yes, I clicked no, I exited the app, I closed the app, I deleted it and reinstalled it, but nothing, it just won’t work.
Worst service ever!

I've paid twice the annual fee just so that it always shows I haven't paid a thing... They won't answer when I report this through the app! It's a shame because it's the best looking app comparing it to the others but I won't stay with the kind of service they provide.
