I have been emailing 2 to 3 times a day with no response. I can’t download any of my purchases, it starts and then stops at 99%. Have deleted app over 30 times. Restored my purchases to no effect.

I tried several times to get this app to download but it always hangs up. I suspect the magazine has stopped publication and gone out of business as so many others have done lately.
