Doesn’t even turn on the wash, just counts up and costs your credits to do nothing. I am 100% sure I did everything correctly and even waited for a bit. No one to contacts for a refund. Don’t trust your money to Touch4Wash!!

I purchased a monthly car wash from a place that uses ONLY Touch4Wash for admission! BIG MISTAKE! I’ve come to wash my car SEVERAL times only to have Touch4Wash tell me to “try again later” that it’s currently offline. This time this happened IMMEDIATELY after I just witnessed another car get washed right in front of me. There is no customer support website nor call line. Guess I’ll be canceling THE CRAPPIEST membership I was ever dumb enough to buy!

I downloaded Touch4Wash and followed the directions at the car wash. App locked at screen asking for personal app key which it never sent me when I set up my account. Used car wash without app and going to have to delete, but I have an account I can’t access because I never got a app key. I do love the car wash and the extra drying stations.

Touch4Wash saves your payment information but will allow only between 4 and 10 characters in 2022? I have a feeling, if they’re using a 20 year old password standard it’s not being hashed securely either. We won’t even go into the no method for getting a refund is the car wash decides to malfunction. I can’t even give this more than one star until it meets some basic security requirements. Also updated one year ago so we know the dev isn’t maintaining Touch4Wash .

Downloaded and used Mobile App. Set up account, purchased a wash, no way to activate it. Thinking I had missed something, I went back to the main screen, click the wash again, No Activate choice again. Car wash did not notify Entrance either time. My account history shows 2 car washes and my car is still dirty.

No way to contact owner for a refund! Contacting City Hall and Better Business Bureau to help prevent others becoming a victim.

On December 17th, I went to this location and purchased an AutoWash via Apple Pay in Touch4Wash . The wash turned out to be broken / non-functional. I turned the sign around that said “open” to “closed” so other customers wouldn’t be ripped off also.

I emailed the owner at their website; no response. Used the website form; no response. Called the phone number; no answer but instructions to text. Texted the number; no response.

Apple cannot refund Apple Pay purchases via Touch4Wash (because they aren’t categorized as in-app purchases). So you can be easily ripped off when a wash isn’t working with no recourse.

I’ve been using Touch4Wash for a while and it was really handy at first until you realize how it steals money from you. The issue is that there is absolutely no way to email or contact ANYONE through Touch4Wash to report an issue. I bought 12minutes through Touch4Wash and after I sent it through I realized the bay I was using wasn’t lit up anymore. So I waited a bit to see if it would still function but nothing ever happened even though Touch4Wash said it was sent through successfully. I understand that the main issue is with the car wash. I had to Google the car wash to get a phone number to contact anyone. I called the number and left a message and didn’t get a call back. If Touch4Wash had a way to report issues like this, it would make things so much easier. I want my $6 back, yeah it’s “only $6” but it’s just the fact that I spent the money and got screwed. I’m probably going to switch back to cash and ditch Touch4Wash after going through this issue.

Are you planning adding a second user option to the account? I’m out of town a lot and sometimes the wife needs my vehicle. I used to beable to turn it on so she could clean my vehicle up while I was out of town. With your new system I can’t. I’m hardly ever around to wash my own car!

Every time I open Touch4Wash I have to submit my phone number and get a new access code text before I can use Touch4Wash . This doesn’t make using it any quicker than just paying at the bay. This better not be expected functionality. Super, super annoying. Let stay logged in.

The service tricked me into downloading Touch4Wash and giving my phone number promising free credit for first time accounts only to display a message that "this number is not eligible for a free credit". Why? I was a setting up a new account and I never used my number or Touch4Wash before

I usually enjoy using Touch4Wash to wash my car. I usually never have issues with it today I did. I got charged twice and it wouldn’t let me go through the car wash I thought I selected the right one. I am very upset about this cause $30 is a lot of money to be charged.

I’ve been using Touch4Wash for over 2 years at my local car wash (Troy’s Finest Car & Pet Wash). Initially, I downloaded Touch4Wash because they were running a promotion for a free car wash with Touch4Wash download but I have continued using it because I found it to be very convenient and efficient. Gone are the days of hanging halfway out of my car window, trying to insert my credit card into the kiosk. Now, I don’t even have to roll my window down because everything is done through Touch4Wash - from wash selections and payment to actually starting the wash itself. I also love the Loyalty Point program which has earned me countless free car washes over the years. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is due to the outdated user interface of Touch4Wash . Touch4Wash itself is functional but it is not very intuitive and lacks modernity. However, that will not hinder my use of Touch4Wash because the convenience far outweighs the cons of Touch4Wash design and interface.

I have used the membership for over a year and I’m very happy. The equipment does a nice job, the facilities are well kept, the convenience is appreciated, and Jim at this app and the employees at Mudbusters give great customer service.

Always use Touch4Wash for my
local car wash spot. App makes it super easy and the rewards perks are a great bonus. Customer service is also A+.

Just downloaded Touch4Wash and used it at the Casper, WY 2nd St location! Worked perfectly!! I was able to choose which lane I was in, which wash I wanted, and started it when it was my turn! I love that I can earn points towards free washes too! The best part is that there is a choice fore TOUCH FREE wash!

Keeping your vehicles clean is as important as changing the oil and other maintenance! this app provides great service for a fair price. If the wash is closed due to weather they automatically extend your membership. If the wash cycle quits or doesn’t start, they will refund any extra money you spend at the wash. Thanks this app!

I accidentally submitted my card 2x and with in minutes on contacting them through email my issue was resolved. I was shocked because it was almost 8pm most places get back to you the next day. Very please with their customer service. Also I love the touch less option!!!

I always use Touch4Wash to pay. It’s easy and quick! Today at a location I always go to, the car wash was not working. I used Touch4Wash to pay, then pulled up to the car wash and it wasn’t working. I called and emailed them about a credit. They quickly resolved my issue in minutes!

I love these scrubs, this app, in Gainesville Florida. I’ve been using it for years for automatic car washes and it does a great job. I recently had a problem with Touch4Wash and I was charged several times for transactions that didn’t go through and the owner immediately refunded the money. That was a one time situation, but it proved what good owners they are. Recommend it.

This car wash is amazing, first wash is free when you download Touch4Wash . And the wash it's self is great. The machine misses a small area where the mirrors are at but other than that it's one of the best automated car washes I have been to. Definitely will continue to come here whenever I'm too lazy to wash my car at home.
