I’m not really sure why I keep this one on my phone, using up “space.” I’m a longtime Station membership cardholder, have been for many years even before phone apps were “a thing.” I do play at the casinos in person whenever I’m there, though if my card doesn’t work, I don’t go wander around to find the kiosk and stand in line to get a new one. Mainly because the reward payback isn’t really worth it (In not a local). I don’t get offers, and the hotel rates are quite ridiculous at the “rack rate,” or even AAA/AARP/Military rates. Nope. Regardless of play. We used to get pretty awesome rewards which made being a (non-local) cardholder worth it. “Come! Stay with us! Play with us!”
Now, with a phone app, nothing. Zero. Nada.
STN freezes my phone. When trying to book a hotel room, forget it. It either shows “nothing available” for any date, any room, ANY RATE; or using it simply freezes my phone.
The games are just “okay,” sub-par graphics, with an occasional “win,” to keep players from nodding off. Other casino reward apps are actually engaging, pleasing to the eye, with actual “wins,” to keep the players interest. And actual rewards— real ones, attractive ones— rewards that offer true “payback” for purchases and time and LOYALTY.
To keep or not to keep. Hmmmm….

STN is Ok. If you are going to look up offers, what’s available at properties, or make reservations for a meal, STN can help you complete these activities.

If you are going to use STN to connect your card to a machine, or process a transaction via this app Cash, I cannot recommend STN for these kinds of transactions. There is no dedicated in-app contact information FOR STN itself if you need help - you will likely stumble on a generic help email address for Stratton Casinos and going through a general mailbox is not ideal when dealing with people’s money or connection issues. If you try and approach a local Station Casinos property for assistance, be prepared for answers that are lacking and/or an extended wait. The team at the cage lack the tools to be able to assist quickly - 1, because STN wasn’t developed by Stations directly and 2, the team doesn’t posses the correct level of access to help resolve app-driven issues and 3, the cage will be a middle-man to resolving the issue leaving you as the customer frustrated, and the cage team lacking the support they need to resolve any reported issues with any efficiency.

Ive been using STN since it was made available in STN Store, and more often than not, using STN leaves me disappointed and underwhelmed.

STN continues to run in the background and use location services. There’s no reason for this. You must force quit STN to get it to stop. STOP DOING THIS!!

At this point y’all just really showing people you don’t give a flying **** about them. App never even can open for me. It’s been a month

I can’t log in it keeps taking me back to the beginning even with my password. Get a good tech person because this is too frustrating

App is trash, minimal betting options compared to other betting sites by far, can’t parlay a lot of things like normal and like all other sites offer. Don’t waste your time or money on this betting app.

I have been trying to log in for almost 2 hours and it won’t work. I have uninstalled and reinstall and nothing. I type my email and password and continues to give me an error

STN loads once, then after that it won’t load even when you force close it. At least the web version is still active to be able to see offers

I truly do not know why I keep STN on my iphone. It has got to be the worst ever. Most if the time you can’t log in, it rarely connects to the machines and almost never allows you to use the cash on your account on the machines. If it were possible yo give a quarter star, I would.

I got an email saying that station has updated their app and it is new and improved. It STILL doesn’t even open. 🙄

From I was told at the cashier, STN does not have technical support from Station Casinos IT department , and depends of a third party business, my cash has been frozen for several days, and no way I can get my cash back or even if want to transfer to one of the slots machines, neither take the cash directly from the cashier. Frustrated and no solution has been offer, just saying we have a ticket for your problem, nothing else.

App is literally trash. It’s funny because in the casino, they try so hard to promote STN . It’s quite embarrassing because STN doesn’t even work! I’ll login and right after I put in my password, it loads as if it’s about to go through. But jokes on me because it goes straight back to the login again. Literally useless. I use their other app for sports betting and to play slots. Those apps works perfectly fine so, I don’t know why they can’t get this one right.

I’m certain there’s an algorithm that takes your bet into account on all the games. Not to mention the daily spin wheel rarely ever gives anything above 1000 credits. This alone is an indicator that every game is heavily coded against you.

The fact you can even pay real money on STN for almost little benefit other than adding fake money and very small amounts of boarding pass points to your casino card is laughable.

At least give players a chance to earn small amounts of boarding pass points by playing games.

If you have problems with app there is no technical support. You’re instructed to go to the casino to resolve all issues. And the issue I have been STN on my phone and my laptop. Is you have to link your boarding pass and have a pin to access your account and play. I did not remember my pin. in order to reset the pin you have to go to the casino I’m making plans for my next trip, unsure of where I’m going, and it would’ve been nice to know what my rewards were to make a decision on which gambling town I want to go to. Until this is resolved, all rewards and gameplay are nonexistent. I have no intention of traveling by car for 10 hours or flying to resolve the technical login issue so if station casino wants to be considered in my vacation planning they need to fix this technical issue. STN I can play as a guest outside of that I have no positive rating to give STN

This new version of STN no longer displays the details of my boarding pass. In addition, it does not show my free slot pay $ days at all. The old app version showed both of these. This is true for both my iPhone and my iPad, and is true for my husband's iPhone and ipad also.

I refuse to use STN because to forces you to have location services on all the time. I don’t even like it to be on while I use STN . There is no reason for it. It is pushed to allow you to see offers and status so why does it need to know where I am to do that

Ive had STN for years and haven’t been using it right until she put me on game!!!! Best person ever

Good app, so far. It show all my offers, including slots and stays

First let me start by saying every employee was amazing and the ladies at the reward center Janis and Rachael were so kind and patient. Other casinos might be fancier but for a nice time where the people aren’t treating u like a dollar amount this is the place to be!!!
