Close and restart the TASA Midwinter app on iPhone

Fix TASA Midwinter on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TASA Midwinter network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix TASA Midwinter not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TASA Midwinter App
1. On android, goto Settings » TASA Midwinter » click [Force Stop]

Update TASA Midwinter to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TASA Midwinter App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TASA Midwinter » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TASA Midwinter.

Fix TASA Midwinter unable to contact server/ TASA Midwinter internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TASA Midwinter » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TASA Midwinter » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
