A few points that need fixing

The app crashes when opening an email or an iPhone alert for listings.
The app freezes when jumping back and forth between this app and others.
It would be nice to add a x-out button for properties not liked by the user so the remaining properties are a leaner list to browse.
Accuracy issues

Have found many inaccurate or expired listings . They do not verify or update. Some UI issues as well with this app.
No landscape mode?

Why prohibit use of the old app in iOS 7? It was working fine and that without annoyingly frequent advertisements. The new app seems to have a nice concept behind it, but without a landscape mode it's not as convenient as the old one. Also, when scrolling up, the appearance of the menu bar is not well timed and makes scrolling feel awkward. Then, again, please reduce the frequency of advertisement. It's just annoying as it is now. Otherwise I can see that the new design has some potential, but it's not quite there yet.
