Notification screen and Status Bar no longer shows temperature, only an icon about current weather conditions. I confirmed most current version of app, went to Settings / Apps / Storm Tracker 5 app and deleted data and cache, icon gone but still no temp displayed. Opened app and re-selected permissions. Icon again now showing but no temp displayed on lock screen or notification bar.

How to fix StormTrack 5 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the StormTrack 5 app on iPhone
Update StormTrack 5 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall StormTrack 5 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix StormTrack 5 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve StormTrack 5 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

StormTrack 5 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix StormTrack 5 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the StormTrack 5 App
1. On android, goto Settings » StormTrack 5 » click [Force Stop]

Update StormTrack 5 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear StormTrack 5 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » StormTrack 5 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart StormTrack 5.

Fix StormTrack 5 unable to contact server/ StormTrack 5 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click StormTrack 5 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto StormTrack 5 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch StormTrack 5
