Doesn't work

I have ordered pictures twice from this app and each time after the order is complete the pictures never show. I then have to call them to figure out what's going on. I was told "they did not upload correctly". Don't waste your time. Also they charge a ridiculous amount for shipping. $25 for basic standard shipping!!
Problem resolution/order history

The interface is nice and user friendly, but no tracking of pictures, and no way to contact for problem resolution. Received all pics today and most are zoomed in or POORLY cropped (my 11x14 was the worst). Not happy at all. I saved on the pic cost, but wasted $33 on the pictures. Don't waste your time.

I tried downloading 100+ photos and only about ten uploaded. The rest "failed" this app is crap. Giving one star because i cant upload my review with zero stars.
