How to fix REWE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the REWE app on iPhone
Update REWE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall REWE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix REWE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve REWE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

REWE Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix REWE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the REWE App
1. On android, goto Settings » REWE » click [Force Stop]

Update REWE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear REWE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » REWE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart REWE.

Fix REWE unable to contact server/ REWE internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click REWE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto REWE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
