Great Service

Delivery services are becoming more useful now that the pricing is reasonable and drivers are more readily available. GOGOX has always been a reliable provider of all our delivery service needs. Drivers are safe and attentive and take the extra effort to call and let you know where they are. Highly recommend GOGOX delivery services!

Good services on the whole, but limited

GoGoXGoGoVan247Delivery is good - allows one to book vans. The options of configurable labor services as addons is very useful and intuitive.
But much to my disappointment, GoGoXGoGoVan247Delivery is not available on many country app stores. My friend from India could not use Gogovan in Singapore for moving paintings at Affordable Art Fair because her app store did not have GoGoXGoGoVan247Delivery . Disappointing.

Takes over 30 minutes to get a driver

Don't use it if you're in a hurry. The drivers always call to ask you what The address is after you've already typed it in. Then they complain about your cargo being too big after you've accurately specified its length. Even though they willingly chose to make their cargo space smaller, that's your problem not theirs. Such a hassle and waste of time.

Finding a man with a van just got a whole lot easier

Just used GoGoXGoGoVan247Delivery to help me get my Christmas tree home from the nurseries on Thomson Road. It was my first time using GoGoXGoGoVan247Delivery and it couldn't be simpler. The driver arrived on time, and was very helpful. I highly recommend this service.

Poor service

Driver called ahead to say he would be 15 minutes late, then called again, five minutes after he was supposed to arrive (while I was on the street with furniture), to say he would be another 25 minutes. Gogovan offered no solution. Simply said they would have other drivers try to call me. At least five did so over the next five minutes, and all hung up when I spoke in English. Did not get my move done and had to reschedule with a driver I trust. Never again.

Very straightforward and useful

Very easy to schedule a booking now or in advance. Option to upload photos of what you're moving is great. Includes all the information of the driver so it's easy to get in contact.

Great app for getting into a good van

Best way to get goods and pets around Hong Kong, especially if you need some people along for the ride. The only way it would be better is if they could tie payment directly to a credit card.

Very barebones

GoGoXGoGoVan247Delivery / service are below expectations. The map functionality is poor, it doesn't know ERP and can't fully estimate the delivery charges, and there is no payment gateway in GoGoXGoGoVan247Delivery . In this world of Uber, Lyft, etc. it's really surprising that this baseline functionality is missing.
