Music plays slow on my iPhone

App works fine on honor x6a for about 10 minutes then stops. If I force stop app it works again for about 10 minutes. Any idea?

onkyo player on my new chromebook works only on the foreground.

The player seems to crash and restart ,after that losing the last played song. No media lib found , other player run fine Samsung tablet

To resolve Onkyo HF Player network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Onkyo HF Player App
1. On android, goto Settings » Onkyo HF Player » click [Force Stop]

Clear Onkyo HF Player App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Onkyo HF Player » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Onkyo HF Player.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Onkyo HF Player » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Onkyo HF Player » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Onkyo HF Player
