If I could give this company zero stars, I would. It has been my recent experience that their customer service for card users is skeletal and limited at best, and includes callousness and uselessness at its worst. Their customer service protocols seem to be bereft of homogeneity across departments or training because one representative will tell you one thing, while later, another will apologize for that rep getting it wrong when they gave you sureties about when an issue would be resolved. Then, yet another will tell you THEY got it wrong, too! Its like no one is really trained in their policies or made aware of policy changes or something. It's going on 15 days now and I still have no resolution. Then they have the imitigated gall to want to charge me $35 more to overnight a delivery that was (according to their own phone-rep) already 3 days late! And it STILL may take 3-5 MORE business days to arrive. Overnight!?!? 3-5 days?!? What kind of overnight service takes 3-5 business days!?! From my experience, if you HAVE to use this company, as soon as your money drops, remove it and put it somewhere safe in a brick-and-mortar you can actually go to. If a disputed charge pops up, take ALL of your money off their system before you call to kill your card, or else it may be WEEKS before you can get to your funds. And you better hope the card gets there before your next payday or it may be weeks before you can access any of that money, too. Repeated 7-10 day waits add up. I have since learned I have options, so I will be taking my banking elsewhere ASAP. This company has burned me for the last time. These incompetents locked me out of my card on a business trip a few years ago, even after I followed all of their instructions on their app regarding non-local card use. They wanted the vendors to call and verify for them at every transaction! REALLY !?! What vendor does that! I couldn't pay for my meals or any other necessaries! It was humiliating and degrading, and then their customer service patronizingly treated me like it was MY FAULT, and then got attitudinal when they understood THEY were in error! I am VERY angry with this company due to the profoundly difficult place they have left me in. I contacted this company LAST MONTH in plenty of time to take care of my business, but all I get are excuses, redirection, conflicting policy narratives, and ultimately NO RESOLUTION as of this writing. I have never once, in all of the calls I placed to this business, felt like any of their reps really cared about helping me. It was more like they were looking for ways NOT to help me, like they were running interference. They'd claim they were transferring me to a supervisor, so I'd go on hold for 30 or so minutes, then I'd get hung up on. Then I have to call back, re-enter my bona fides, regurgitate the situation yet again, and then STILL get nothing but an eventual dial tone. It'd be different if it happened once, but I have made multiple calls virtually all with similar interactions. In the years I have been forced to utilize this company, I have never called and had ANY issue resolved to my satisfaction. EVER. I doubt you will either.
