I have been customer for SBI card for 4 years now, I got the card promising few perks and cash back vouchers. And with an annual fee of 3.5k+ INR. I never got the promised perks, it is impossible to reach to customer care. Last December I raised card closure request 8 times before the annual fee is applicable, every time they cancelled closure request and finally in January they charged 4.6k INR for annual card renewal fee. I wonder where did I go wrong and how SBI is able to keep customer engaged. I am still trying to close all the relations with SBI as of today.
This service is useless after trying more than 20 times i can’t even talk to customer once. It’s totally use less
I am using Samsung and it says SBICard is not compatible.
SBICard not updated transaction details…please fix that error.
SBICard does work anymore. It doesn’t login. I’ve deleted and installed fresh but still it’s not going ahead.
Please remove sim text based verification for credit card login
Even if i enter the exact correct number of my Credit card, it says “incorrect”

It’s been a month since SBICard stopped working. It’s giving the message, Resource access restricted for user. I’ve tried to uninstall & reinstall it but it still doesn’t work.
Suddenly face id stopped working in Iphone 11 and even after uninstalling and reinstalling it is doesn’t work.
Is there any bug in current update??
This was working fine till last week.
Apps is perfect as per user interface. But whenever comes the notifications message I got alert message error iPhone v7.3.13.

App is cool, but on my face recognition mobile it’s asking to setup Touch ID, I think this needs to be improved, need to build app to current trend.
Excellent features and Touch ID option for security. However Face ID feature not available. Please include Face ID recognition.
