Since last week it said celebrate with Elsa in Arendelle plaza I click on that and it says Get lots of magical rewards and exclusive items for your plaza and when I click that it says here is your first reward and it won’t let me click so I can’t play, it’s driving me mad!! Please help asap!!
I have been playing Frozen Free Fall since 2019. Recently, the stopped opening on my android phone, so I did the recommended 4 steps and once reinstalled it seemed to work okay. Unfortunately that was short lived so I installed it on my new iPad and after a couple of days the same thing is happening again. Please can you advise?

On load, once I press play, a screen comes up saying “Wow, you have become a a free fall VIP. - continue playing to earn more VIP rewards.” When I press continue nothing happens, I am unable to get back to the screen to select the level I was at. (I think it was level 1089.) As soon as the screen where I should be able to select my level comes up, it is replaced with the one tell me I have become a VIP. I am unable to play the game as it just freezes on this screen and does not allow me to continue. Please advise.
Issues have arisen with Frozen game. It states I am a VIP but can’t open game up. This has only happened today. Is this a virus.
Since yesterday, I’ve been unable to play. On the screen where it says “you’ve become a VIP” the CONTINUE button is frozen. I’ve gone through everything on my end to correct it. Please fix it! Thanks! Love the game!

Got the VIP award thingy....now can't go any further...Frozen is frozen. Rebooted numerous times, no luck. Please fix ASAP please :)

Every time I try to get into Arendelle Plaza, I am booted right out of the game. It has been this way for months. I have 200 items to be loaded but I can’t get in to play it. Everything else seems fine with the Frozen Free Fall game. I can play regular levels but absolutely nothing in Arendelle Plaza. I play this game on my Apple iPad. I would appreciate if you can tell me how to fix this problem. Thanks!
