How to fix CHEERZ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CHEERZ app on iPhone
Update CHEERZ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CHEERZ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CHEERZ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CHEERZ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CHEERZ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CHEERZ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CHEERZ App
1. On android, goto Settings » CHEERZ » click [Force Stop]

Update CHEERZ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CHEERZ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CHEERZ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CHEERZ.

Fix CHEERZ unable to contact server/ CHEERZ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CHEERZ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CHEERZ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
