Trying to see my balance and it keeps showing up “Error”

Can’t even get to the log in screen

A horrible banco with a horrible app service

OFGDigital is useless. They denied phone deposits and there is no information as to why. No email to indicate the deposit was denied either. Fingerprint authentication stopped working and the email notification about activity is not working at all. I wish this bank would learn how to communicate with their customers.

This is truly a a beyond garbage bank. Most bank here are third world country banks, but Oriental is beyond Fifth World Country. I started with RG which was an excellent third world country bank that got bought by Scotia Bank, an insulting downgrade. But Oriental has set a new standard/benchmark regarding how bad service can be, clients are worth nothing to them, absolutely nothing. Glad I closed my account.

I would give it 0 stars but unfortunately I have to place one. It won’t open on my iPhone X, it will open only once and that’s when I download it. When I close it for when I’m finished it won’t open again and starts giving me a pop up saying “ERROR Device Id not found”

I should have the option to request a card replacement, either online and through OFGDigital. There’s problems with your cards ALL THE TIME. It’s time to move to card with chip and PROTECT OUR MONEY.

If I can give you a negative I will. Not user friendly. So outdated. I send emails with ideas but nothing.

I haven’t been able to use OFGDigital for weeks, I’ve tried logging out and re downloading OFGDigital , nothing seems to work , it’s always stating downloading update and then unknown error and never opens

Recently said good bye my old iPhone SE. OFGDigital does work very fine. But I have e new iPhone XS and OFGDigital when I try to login notice error. This is sad. And also I have iPad Pro 10.5 and OFGDigital does work very fine.

Too many bugs, someone needs to create a newer app. OFGDigital since day 1 has not work properly

The only thing I use Oriental Bank is to process the monthly child support payments, and unbelievably, it does not allow to process it manually via People’s Pay in OFGDigital or via webapp on ANY of my newest Apple mobile devices (both iPhone & iPad). I need to go on my Macbook to process the payment via the web page! This has been happening now for TWO years!!! Then, they don’t have a way to provide feedback from OFGDigital , so here I am!

Please put the cards with Chip now, they are extremely difficult to avoid many inconveniences, which are waiting. I have practically 6 years with you and in the time that I have always indicated to your clients that they are already in the process of including chip cards and nothing to do. That is why there are so many clients displeased with their services and the other Banks went through the extra mile ... Seeing is believing.

Nice features

From about a year and a half OFGDigital was useless, today a tried using it an d finally is working. At the moment is working just fine. Let’s see how long it last this time.

App stopped working a few months back. Pretty useless.
