For the past week, the app refuses to let me clip coupons, load my QR code or let me see what coupons/deals I've clipped. Today I tried to scan a label to get a deal and the app never loaded it. Message is always "Failed to load - Sorry we are having technical difficulties." Please fix it.
When I search for any item, cheese comes up. I'm trying to finish my order and it keeps happening

Jewel Osco app started stopping on my tablet after the front page with the lady on it. I uninstalled app and reinstalled. After launching app, it asks for my cell phone number, and then sends a verification code to my email. After receiving the code, I enter it into the app and receive the following message. "We're sorry; Sorry, we're having technical difficulties and are working on fixing them, please check back later." I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling several times, clearing cache and data in storage under the app, using a different cell number and email address, all to no avail. I have been trying for about 2 weeks. The app works fine on my cell phone, but I encountered the above on my tablet which is more convenient forr me to browse at home. Please help

When I click the digital coupon in deal and it gave me a service error message on my iPad. The phone seems to be working ok. I reboot the device already.
Can’t check out
when i checkout by order i do not get the pay or credit card window. instead i get a window with my past order and a link that goes back to the checkout window?==
I can place my order on my computer, but the Mobile App never sees it. I have to call the store each time to have them bring the order out.

Trouble with App. Items in my List keep coming unchecked and don’t stay in my list as checked. Then when I check out I’m not getting sale price. Never had this problem before.

Have an Authorization Error. Problem connecting account to Server
Rewards are clipped, but do not come off when I'm at the register. I end up paying for the items, then have to contact customer service on the app to fix it. The customer service at the store won't help
