Update: deleted app and reinstalled... still no sound on video. Sound works fine to just listen to Dave and no problem with sound on any other apps (iHeartRadio etc) or iPhone uses.
The latest issue I’m having is the video (watch) does not have any sound at times. I’ve had to close the app, delete it in the background and open it again... sometimes that works but sometimes it does not work. Plus, Watching Dave's show on this app is confusing ... no idea what I have already seen within a given hour. And then I end up watching all the commercials again before I can hear the first call to Dave to realize it’s looped back around and I’m seeing it over again. Love Dave and his great message, but I'm not watching as much now because of this app.

This app used to be a simple, straight forward app that did what it needed to do, play episodes of the show. My only complaint at that time was that it automatically played the most recent episode, so you had to manually select if you wanted to listen in chronological order.
Now it's a complicated mess. The simple layout is gone, replaced by a progress bar for every single hour of every single episode. It crashes a lot and restarts episodes, and also will stop at the end of one episode and not move into the next one.
Please fix this! I don't listen on the radio, and from what I've heard Dave say on the show, a majority do not!

The show is phenomenal and for a free app, it’s fantastic. If they wished to improve it to the maximum user-friendly version (IMO), there’s two main issues to address... actually there is one, the second one would probably not be an issue if they fixed the first one. For me, I want to listen to as much as possible, so I scroll to the very bottom and listen from the bottom up towards the current live stuff so I can hear the old stuff first before it deletes off the app memory.. but the auto play only plays downward to the next episode (before it in date order)... so I either have to chose a few episodes up from the bottom and try to play them down or stop after each daily episode and go to the next day... Reversing that option would allow people to listen from oldest to newest (so they can catch episodes before they disappear off the app) and not have the pain of playing around with the day they’re on (or left off on). The other issue would be that the app keeps rolling into episodes previously heard without a prompt (so when I do the method described above, often times I’m hearing repeating things until I catch it and have to go in and select a new set of days to count down from). Hope this helps make a great product even better, thank you for what you all do! 💚
