Tried to log a meal by using the ai scanner. Didn’t work. I suppose it’s only for the paid account. Tried to scan the barcode. Didn’t work. Not to mention after EVERY user interaction, an ad pops up to subscribe to the premium account. Horrible user experience and is more annoying to use it. I’d rather use any other app because the whole purpose is to make logging food quick, but with all the pop ups and having to manually enter every entry, it takes twice as long to log food than a different app or just using pen and paper. the app just isn’t worth the trouble. ALSO- their recipes look yummy but don’t write how much 1 serving is equal to… 100g? 20g? It doesn’t say so the calorie and macro counts don’t have any value if you don’t know the serving size

I have been using this app for several months with no issues. However, several days ago, while scanning QR codes, the calorie count was 8-10 times higher than it should be. I turned my phone off hoping this would “reset” things but it continues to be incorrect. I do not want to manually input all my food correctly. I have contacted the company with no response. I would like my money refunded so I can try another app.

I never review anything but this app has compelled me. I wanted to try it but the app can not tell the precise amount of of food on the plate nor can it know what is exactly in the food so there is no way to give an accurate calorie count. In addition, it gets food wrong. Doesn’t recognize many foods. It’s honestly a waste of money and life written to complain but no one has gotten back. This apparently was created by an 18 year old and it shows. Stay away from this one.
