I really had high hopes for this app.I believe their contact is very good. However, there is no search capability. And aside from the slider slideshow, there is no access to whatever library or back catalog they have. because there was no search you were stuck with a four or five verticals there are perform promoting. Or taking whatever there for you recommendations, they have decided for you. It’s really disappointing that I spent the money that I did only to be faced with such limitations. The lack of searches on me. I should’ve checked that out before I purchased. But the fact that you can’t get to the back catalog or library is a total waste of money. Why would you pay for unlimited viewing when the viewing is entirely limited?

This is one of the worst apps for vertical movie content. I purchased the one week subscription for VIP benefits. I had to switch devices so I tried to restore my subscription on another iPad. I could not do that. The policy said to contact customer service, via email, which is what I did. However, I have yet to receive a response or reply from this developer. I left them two emails as well as a message on Instagram and I have yet to receive a response from anyone so I purchased a week VIP subscription and was not able to use any of it do not to them.

I bought a week subscription and the movies kept freezing up. I didn’t even get to get through one whole movie without it freezing up after several conversations with the company they couldn’t figure it out and they stopped responding. I wanted to have them make good on at least giving me a free week if I could figure out on my own, what was going wrong and I never heard from them again, so I wasted my money. I contacted them four times after that and never heard back from them. What a waste this company is.
