Bug critique : l'app se ferme sur iPhone lors de l'enregistrement des empreintes

L'application fonctionne bien jusqu'à l'étape d'enregistrement des empreintes digitales. Au moment où la caméra devrait s'ouvrir, l'app se ferme automatiquement.
Toutes les autorisations sont activées (caméra, etc.). J'ai testé sur trois iPhones différents, le problème se reproduit à chaque fois. La désinstallation et réinstallation de l'app n'a rien changé.
À noter que l'app fonctionne correctement sur iPad et Android. Le problème semble donc spécifique à l'environnement iPhone (iOS).
Merci aux développeurs de prendre en compte ce bug qui bloque complètement la procédure pour les utilisateurs iPhone. Une correction serait vraiment appréciée car la démarche en ligne est une excellente initiative.

Très bonne application, facile à utiliser… pour la prise de photo si l’option caméra arrière pourrait être aussi disponible ça aiderait énormément
