How to fix Dodo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dodo app on iPhone
Update Dodo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dodo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dodo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dodo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Dodo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Dodo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Dodo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dodo » click [Force Stop]

Update Dodo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dodo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dodo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dodo.

Fix Dodo unable to contact server/ Dodo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dodo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dodo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
