I bought it to test out the free week trial, then pay $41 a yr, I realized it’s been a week, it took $41 and I went to go refund it because it’s a crazy amount being taken, now it’s not willing to refund.

Crsel doesn’t work properly and the previews don’t load. Once you click on a template it takes forever to lead and the only way to go back to the main screen is to exit app and re enter.

Crsel literally NEVER works. If it actually would work it would be great, but unfortunately it doesn’t. I highly recommend skipping this one.

App works fine but nowhere to cancel plan which just completely eliminates my desire to keep using Crsel .

I accidentally subscribed to a 1-year plan after a free trial and immediately requested a refund.
I never used Crsel , contacted both Apple and the developer right away, but received no response at all from the developer.

For a photo app, forcing a full annual charge with no refund option—even when the service hasn’t been used—is extremely unreasonable, especially for students.

Lack of customer support and ignoring refund requests is very disappointing. I would not recommend Crsel due to poor transparency and no communication.

This is one of those apps that gets you to buy the yearly subscription by being sneaky. I cancelled the yearly option right after downloading bc I just wanted to try Crsel . Instead of it canceling the subscription for 2026, it canceled for 2027 and charged me for the yearly this weekend.

You’re only limited to 5 post unless you pay and you can only use a certain amount of stickers then it freezes up and it won’t let you pick any more, even if you try to start a new carousel…

Great app but the loading time for the stickers and templates are frustrating. It shouldn’t take days to load the features that make using Crsel fun

I’m really enjoying Crsel! It makes creating a carousel really fun and accessible. The features work well but one thing that’s frustrating is when I try to move a sticker or anything, it’ll resize. When it’s a small sticker it’s hard to move around without resizing it.

So easy & aesthetic to use. One of the best apps for sure. 🫶🏼

I’ve always avoided making carousels on IG cause it was a fun process and took a while. With this app it makes it very easy to select photos for a collage. Thank you for making this so easy to use!!

Really loved Crsel, so easy to use and has a lot of templates to use. You don’t need to be professional, just a few changes and done.

I like Crsel for its sticker collection. Awesome stuff. Has room for new tools, like Lasso tool selection for custom sticker or AI generated stickers.
