I paid the 0.99 for the trial. After attempting to read one story, I decided to cancel the subscription. Except they charge you directly instead of going through NovelQ Store like they state, and they collect no information other than how to steal your money. I found an email to contact, I have been trying to get this cancelled, but I keep being told they can’t find a subscription with that email. I’ve provided the user ID NovelQ gave me and my email, but lo and behold, they can’t find it, but they were able to charge my account this morning.

I paid for a .99 trial with my PayPal account and have tried to cancel it a million different ways but they keep charging me claiming they can’t find my account.

they do nothing but try to steal your money!!!

I tried to find where to cancel a subscription but NovelQ has no help or place to cancel.

This is a total scam!!! They try and charge your card multiple times and you can’t cancel the subscription!!!

Stay away!! I paid for the trial and canceled the subscription they keep trying to charge me for it and won’t even respond to my emails! This is the worst app ever!!!!

There is no way to adjust the subscription and they tried to card my card twice. And there is no way to contact them. It’s a scam

Besides the really highly inappropriate novels, there is no way to cancel this. The instructions say to go in to your subscriptions, yet it never appeared there to be able to cancel it, and I got charged again, when I didn’t want it!!!

Update… after submitting feedback in NovelQ that was nasty about not being able to cancel, a subscription management button suddenly, magically appeared as soon as I submitted the feedback. I was finally able to cancel!

Text will not adjust and the book seems to lose a couple of lines each page. No reward points so you can decrease the cost.

Doesn’t give a cancel option on app or on App Store but I read in the reviews if you make an account and then delete it that it should cancel your subscription so I will try that next so wish me luck…

DO NOT DOWNLOAD NovelQ. IT IS A SCAM!! they are going to take your money. Do not do the free trial I had purchased a $.99 trial and within 24 hours they done pulled $30 out of my account when I tried to cancel. They told me they would not give a refund even though I did not purchase the plan they stole my money.

I did the $.99 trial. When I tried to cancel it didn’t show that I had an active subscription. I was then charged $30 3 days later. I have no idea how to cancel as it’s not showing up under any subscriptions and they don’t have a way to contact them.

Do not download NovelQ. It states you get a trial for 7 days for 0.99 but after 3 days they charge you $30! There is no way to cancel in NovelQ that clearly says cancel, BUT TO CANCEL YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT THEN GO IN AND CLICK ON YOUR PROFILE, and DELETE PROFILE. Only then does it cancel the autopay through PayPal!! Once I did that, PayPal sent me a notification that my autopay was cancelled.

what I could read of the different books were fairly well written, but every book was missing pages of all the chapters. I paid $.99 for a week for the VIP as a trial and after deciding to cancel it because I can’t understand the books and the stories I can’t figure out where to cancel the subscription at when I used Apple Wallet.

The only thing free is the first three chapters; after that, you have to pay. Unlike some reading apps, where you watch an ad or earn points to read a chapter, you have to pay. You end up paying more for one story than you would for a hardcover book with gold-edged pages. Go to your local library and read for free.

How to cancel?

I HATE when I’m reading a starter decide I want to read more and when I down load NovelQ the story I’m reading isn’t there. I search it and it isn’t there. Won’t read anything from NovelQ again!
