How to fix HerBible app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HerBible app on iPhone
Update HerBible app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HerBible iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HerBible on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HerBible network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HerBible Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HerBible not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HerBible App
1. On android, goto Settings » HerBible » click [Force Stop]

Update HerBible to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HerBible App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HerBible » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HerBible.

Fix HerBible unable to contact server/ HerBible internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HerBible » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HerBible » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HerBible
