I have a problem with COSMO

- Notifications are 30min delayed most of the time or watch is unresponsive

- Calls keep dropping almost immediately service below average.

- Texting is challenging as there is no alert.

- We pay the monthly fee for service, but we don’t get serviced well.

I just installed my Cosmo app and it keeps giving me an error message that is not working.

To resolve COSMO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the COSMO App
1. On android, goto Settings » COSMO » click [Force Stop]

Clear COSMO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » COSMO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart COSMO.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click COSMO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto COSMO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch COSMO
