Despite the negative reviews I came across, I decided to purchase the 3-month plan with the hope of a positive experience. I took the time to answer all the personal questions and specify the proteins I like and don’t like.

However, after making my payment and accessing the meal plan, I was surprised to find that nearly every meal included at least one, and sometimes two, proteins that I had explicitly marked as items I don’t eat. While I understand there is an option to swap meals, it is both time-consuming to do this on a daily basis and frustrating that the swapped meals still often feature the same unwanted proteins.

This experience has led me to believe that the meal plan provided is generic rather than tailored to my dietary preferences, as promised. This lack of customization is disappointing and unacceptable, especially for a service marketed as personalized.

I hope this feedback can help address the issue, as it undermines trust in the product’s claims.

They don’t offer you a free 3 day trial to check and see if it’s right for you or if you like the app. Within 30 minutes of buying it and realizing it’s not for me I emailed them and asked for a cancellation and refund. They replied that no refunds are granted according to the terms of service. Fair enough. I thought given that it was literally within 30 minutes of paying that they might give me the refund. But no. So be it.

I paid for 3 months. Never got an email with anything. Can’t even open the app with the account I created on InstaGram. DO NOT fall for the fake advertising on IG. Seems like this Lithuania company got me and they had all their friends post positive reviews. All recent reviews are bad.

UPDATE - they contacted me after the bad review. Asked me to email them. I had already done that twice before. Won’t do it again. Definite fraud.
