Where do I start? Forced upgrade to new app which thankfully I noticed before being in the line for a lounge and fumbling for my card. Pre booking - at a cost - recommended but so many bugs in that workflow I couldn’t complete it. Whether it’s the lounge capacity being “9999” or requiring flight info and then only providing time slots after departure (which I guess keeps lounges less busy). Fire whoever pushed PriorityPass to production with minimal QA.
Difficult to sign in the new app. And it’s not yet available in some regions’ App Store but the developer forced everyone to use the new app and discounted the old app immediately without advance notice. Then my family just got stuck in the middle. Terrible experience
App shows no lounges are available at New Orleans airport; however, I was able to find a priority pass lounge using the old app.
This is not yet ready for use. Please remove from the Apple Store.
After many attempts, this terrible “upgraded” priority pass doesn’t allow you to log in. The two step authentication process they use is broken. It’s ridiculous.
I’m stuck outside a lounge in china because the forced upgrade happened with zero notice, and now requires logging into an email account which is blocked in China. Really poor service, and a terrible upgrade experience
I cannot log in use the new app. When I go back to the old app, every time I tried to log in there is a pop up window asks you to download PriorityPass. PriorityPass is not available in a lot of regions too. You guys need to fix it
At least some of the information is wrong. I went to a priority pass lounge the other day that PriorityPass said did not exist (because I had saved a screenshot from the old app). Now the info is updated but i am concerned about what other info might be wrong
Can’t prebook anything (there is clearly a timing problem) and I can’t even put in me telephone number as USA isn’t available on the dropdown pick list of available countries (only 5 are on the list). Clearly no one tested PriorityPass before lunching this version. Old one worked fine.
Mandatory upgrade, after screwing around for another 5 minutes to get, find out the login service foe the new app is down. Pretty bad launch for PriorityPass.
Was difficult to sign into PriorityPass and I needed user support, which I can admit was quick. However, that minor headache is outweighed by the fact that PriorityPass is inaccurate. It pointed me to use Mercantile in DEN, but they refused the membership card saying they haven’t been partnered with them since 2024. Annoying to say the least.
Probably the worst new app I have ever tried. Login asks for card number that does not even match the number of digits on my card. Had to call to help with sign in. When finally loaded, tried to add contact phone, and only area codes available from drop down were for India, UK, Ukraine and one other. Really a horrible piece of work.
PriorityPass isn’t ready for the US - I tried logging in with my account number, email address and phone number. It won’t link. When I put in the phone number the only country options it gives is the UK, India, Ukraine and Spain. Unfortunately, the original app isn’t working either so I would give negative stars if I could.
Was met with a forced upgrade screen on the old app while trying to check in at the usual lounge we go to. Took extra time to log in (didn’t prompt email from password manager), wait for OTP (slow), and then found there’s no add to wallet option on the card tab. At the very least that should be available for new users, and I’ll continue using the pass I have in my wallet from now on.
It seems they have removed the option to add the card to my Apple Wallet. I always access my membership card that way. I don’t always have internet on the go and usually you show your boarding card as well that is in the wallet. It is much more convenient to have them in the same place.
Give 2 smart 22-year-olds $2,000 and they’ll produce something 20x better. Many small fintechs offer better lounge access experiences better than this
1. Why not just roll out an update? Requiring travelers to install a new app and sign in again while walking in an airport is a lot of hassle.
2. I don’t need a favorite airport. I need the nearest airport.
3. Manually adding trips would be a lot of work but no obvious benefit than searching for the airport directly.
Shouldn’t have to give departure time just to view lounges. Don’t need to set a “favorite” airport, i care much more about the nearest airport to me and the ability to quickly search for airports on my itinerary.
I was forced to upgrade today and while I tried to avoid it based on the reviews, I didn’t have any problems.
Don’t know what these 1 star reviews are. It’s great no issues. You can prebook through PriorityPass now.
Maybe earlier reviewers had issue but as of 2026 PriorityPass works fine. I just login with email and everything works.
