Let me preface with this. I am a gamer girl and I have played this type of war games for many years and many different ones. However, this is the very first time ever in my entire life that I have face so much harassment, bullying and racism in a game with the “customer service” department does absolutely nothing to help and prevent people from
becoming abusive. For the past two weeks, I have been harassed and called names by a Korean player and two of his other mates. Countless of people within my alliance and outside have reported the offensive and abusive language; yet the guy is still playing. He took it further by stealing my personal photograph and antagonising players on the server and continual harassment towards me where the guy would include talking about doing sexual things, tell players to have threesomes with me and another player, talking about my parents and basically doing a whole lot of actions and talking that are in direct violation of the terms of the game. So they have allowed him to violate the rules of their game without any reprimand. I even had another player claiming to be part of the game developers and claim that instead of that guy getting in trouble, I would further be victimised by the developers as well. Honestly, I have spent more money than I should have in this game and reach level 30 within a month. Since the game has decided to not take action about the bullying and harassment, I will have to seek further legal actions and recourse because of this.

I’ve been enjoying the game for some months now, and I’ve invested a good amount of money competing in events and leveling up my power. However after this Easter event, there is constant lag issues, and game crashes, which I get happens from time to time. I made the mistake of purchasing from the LOJ official game site where they charged me 9.99 for an Easter bundle.(I bought two because I wanted to get a better score) I only received one. I’ve spent 5 days trying to get some clarity through support and all they have told me is that one purchase went through. Now the event is over and I’m out 10 dollars. So if you spend money on this game, be wary, you might be getting more ripped off then you already are. The prices are already outrageous. Save your money, just take your time and upgrade for free!

I been playing for a while now and I have been attacked multiple times by high ranking alliances and being on my alliance is small it but I want a setting that won’t allow people to attack players in small or players who don’t want to do events and not constantly need shields 247 and multiple time I get off the game and go back on I have to log back in every single time there should be a setting that allows small alliances to not constantly get attacked if a emergency or life situation happens cuss I got attacked by multiple people one 6 or more times I’m not happy with being attacked and all my soldiers are dead and have to be rerecutted

If I could give it ZERO stars I would but they require 1. This game can be completely controlled by one player who spends and spends. The moderators are biased towards Asian players. They quickly will punish English players but will sit on their hands when complaints are filed about Asian players, especially those who are big spenders. Moderating is very imbalanced and they don’t care how many people are forced to quick. If that 1 player gets upset, they can continually burn players until they have nothing left. The player can say they will destroy the server and nothing happens but call one of them a baby and the moderators block your chatting ability. Not worth downloading and spending money on. You will have no support.

I can’t even go to bed without being attacked every five seconds I was attacked 27 times last night in 7 hours bro I spent money on this just to have fun but instead I quit mentally and physically it was hurting me I just want a game that you can relax but instead you have to deal with pay to win and cheaters that have a account not even a day old and they have 25 levels WOW why to fail to make a game with no cool down and you should not be attacked so many times you can’t even play the game because you’re just dead it’s pathetic that you can’t add a cool down to the play you just raid my gate was already broken and you just go somewhere else and you still get attacked your lucky that I can’t get my money back this game failed

After downloading and playing the game for a few hours I really loved it. But, once you get into it and need to join an alliance almost all of them are fake. The people who created the alliances only did so to get you to join discord, so they can try and get you to play “Infinity Kingdom”, which is another game. Smh.

I didn’t delete the game because it wasn’t fun, or I was stuck or having trouble with gameplay. I literally deleted this game because all the alliances I joined were fake alliances, and they kicked me for not playing another game. I can’t make this up. I still have all the messages.

I’m disappointed the devs didn’t make an easier way to report people right in the game itself. You have to put in tickets to make a report so I just deleted. And I’m HAPPY!!!

Never got a chance to hardly play the game. As soon as you get to a certain point and you’re able to talk on the chat, everyone wants you to come and join their alliance. They also want you to join discord. Had the worst experience there people wanna know your age where you’re from and then they want you to join another game. And after all questions have been asked and you don’t meet the criteria you could get kicked out of the Alliance. I’ve been kicked out of five alliances because I won’t join another game. This is a waste of time and if this is how you developers work, y’all should be ashamed.

I done paid all this money out of pocket for this free game just so I could be able to compete. This game is an endless money trap. Not to mention that you guys are allowing people to take materials in raids that I literally paid for. At no point is that ok. Yeah yeah I know I could go join someone and have protection. But seriously all this money I spent should offer up plenty of protection. I have been getting raided by someone who has either been playing for much longer or has spent much more. I thought after a few micro transactions I’d be safe. Noooooo come to find out what I spent was just a drop in the bucket. My power is 25 million to compare. This persons power is over 150 million. Whoever this is needs to be on a server with players within the same power level. Not just owning the server and destroying everything because they can. I was attacked 25 times in under 2 minutes and took over half a billion supplies from me, please don’t make me mention the down time for all the soldiers loss and wounded in the fights. I liked this game a bit too much and it has cost me.

You guys were right. And to top some of these complaints off they haven't changed a thing. They write back to these reviews about what they do not tolerate but they as of October 2025 haven't addressed any of those complaints because I am seeing the issues here and they do let those things slide 9 out of 10times. I've seen sexual messages in my inbox from alliance leaders asking for personal info and WhatsApp, cyberbullying to others in the open chat. You can't progress in the game without joining an alliance, without it you're a target. And thats when the mess begins. They pretty much violate their own polices. Plus if you're not spending money it will take you months to even reach level power of 10k to fight back to protect your prison from bigger spenders. This game is a gamble and if you got the coins than go for it

Don’t waste your time, at first it’s great, you actually meet some great people here, but they don’t follow there own rules, after SVS event we’re supposed to be down time they allow bigger alliance names ONE in server 127 numbers attack your alliance 400 times back to back in one day, if you report it nothing happens, day two same thing big same alliance members burned our two Alliance headquarters, two cage, surveillance report it nothing, In world chat being cyber bullied, harassed, stalked by same big alliance report it nothing happens it’s a Digital report the answers emails from where to use, like sorry we don’t tolerate it but keeps allowing it, we have sent pictures of 400 attacks screenshots of everything this company allows it to happen they don’t care how much time or money you invest into the game they will not do anything about it! Supposed to be a game and fun from the real world but to allow this over and over again isn’t okay they have done this to us 6 times already we blocked and more but it doesn’t matter this game will allow this to happen has cost many to quit the same and they still don’t care Don’t WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME, you will get bullied and attacked even when others break the own game rules this game will not help you

They should call this game lands of alliances. When you play you’re targeted by alliances under nap that claims to protect the players from being attacked but in reality they are the ones who attack if you don’t confine to their rules. When you don’t join they troll you or constantly attack you or mark you as bad so other alliances don’t get involved with you. Won Wan ImF and out are all under nap but yet they attack players who aren’t. My advice to any isolated players is to keep your shield activated at all times. Set an alarm clock to reset your shield and if you want your own alliance join a quick join alliance and wait until the leader stops logging in so you can impeach them to gain the alliance. Choose your battles wisely because Nap makes fake accounts to interject themselves into other peoples beef which destroys the purpose of nap.

Developers only care about the money they make. Game has errors and miscalculations causing unfair gameplay. When confronted, devs give generic "I'll pass on the message" but doesn't actually strive to make anything right for the players. Servers become boring and turn into FarmVille due to leaders trying to make it fun for everyone. It's more like a chat game, might as well delete the war aspect! Don't bother contacting support, they are not helpful either, just care about profit, not playability. If you try to delete the account, they want first and last bills, an email, and more unnecessary info, just choose another game. They won't delete my account because I don't want to provide personal info.

Please beware that deleting this game is made IMPOSSIBLE by the creators. This is the only game that I’ve ever played that doesn’t give you the self service option to delete. Yet, if you break rules in the game they will delete your account with ease 🤔. Then they say the process takes 15 days. What f—ing game needs 15 days to delete your account??!! You know what happens in the meantime? They get to attack your prison and get all of your resources. That’s exactly what it is. But you can’t even wait the 15 days because unless you know when you started the game, when you last logged on, screenshots from your first and last purchases, remaining diamond amount, and the freaking model of the device you registered with, then they won’t help you. They literally say no we won’t delete the account because you don’t have all this unnecessary BS that we’re asking you for as if we don’t already have that information in our system. THIS IS INSANITY AND IM REPORTING YOU!!

It’s your typical pay to win, but it’s not as expensive as others and players are reasonable.
I stopped playing after reaching level 26 due to no easy way to get resources. The best way is to attack weaker players. You cannot purchase resources in the store like in most other games.
Buying resources for money is way too expensive. The best deal I could find was only for about 40 million resources. Things are costing 400 million now. So it’s just not fun anymore.

I do really enjoy this game but definitely be aware of the scammers. They will try to get you to add them on discord and then they will have you download another game to play telling you that the alliance group are moving to another game and get you to join the game that they told me to download was infinity Kingdom and then they walk you step-by-step untill the very last step which is to purchase a pack they almost got me. I told them that I didn’t want to pay for a game that I don’t really like and they were very pushy telling me it’s only five dollars, they also had me put in codes which I was a little stupid and didn’t really realize that they were trying to scam me I genuinely thought they were trying to be nice to me and include me so just be aware

This game is very awesome because you don’t ever have to watch ads your money add some quick and it’s easy to start upgrading everything and earn all the necessary Jules and money in order to keep leveling up different parts of your prison. You progress pretty quickly once it starts getting longer build timessometimes you have to take a day away from the game, but I have another game that I play when I’m waiting for this one to load so it’s not a big deal anyways whoever ever thought of the game really hit it on the head with every angle. It is great.

I left my alliance since it decided to kick me out as the leader for being inactive. It’s beyond stupid that it did that. Even though I was inactive doesn’t give it the right to kick me out as the leader. I created the alliance and I should be the leader. I used to play Marvel Strike Force and I’m still the leader in that alliance. If Strike Force will let me, then this game should do the same. That’s completely unfair of you guys. I had fun with this game until that happened. Fix this game or I’m uninstalling LandsofJail for all eternity!

The aspect of the prison management and fighting different levels to get higher risk arrest is cool. The moment you get to the alliance aspect of the game and your shield goes away you get wiped. New players are just resource farms. Only did 5 stars to get higher on the reviews. Do not waste your time unless you plan to spend /waste money in the shop. There’s only 4 different sections of shop with a plethora of options and a ton of different “passes”. Money grab sadly

During the biggest event for a server I had a shield on along with other players and we were attacked and lost troops with a shield of which is not suppose to happen. I lost 500k troops. Their response was 3k gems which isn’t even enough gems to get another shield. I loved this game until this happened I have months into this game and they treat their player base like trash

The interface, gameplay, graphics, the ability to save my progress to Apple ID, EVERYTHING the whole core mechanics of this game is incredible. It is so addicting going through levels and watching my stats in my profile rack up! It’s very fun running the Jails and prisons!!! It’s so smooth and addictive!!!! The best in its field on the Apple Store!

Please keep this going forever with infinite levels and updates! The best game on the Apple Store that I have played in a long time! A must have for word games on your phone.
