Let me preface with this. I am a gamer girl and I have played this type of war games for many years and many different ones. However, this is the very first time ever in my entire life that I have face so much harassment, bullying and racism in a game with the “customer service” department does absolutely nothing to help and prevent people from
becoming abusive. For the past two weeks, I have been harassed and called names by a Korean player and two of his other mates. Countless of people within my alliance and outside have reported the offensive and abusive language; yet the guy is still playing. He took it further by stealing my personal photograph and antagonising players on the server and continual harassment towards me where the guy would include talking about doing sexual things, tell players to have threesomes with me and another player, talking about my parents and basically doing a whole lot of actions and talking that are in direct violation of the terms of the game. So they have allowed him to violate the rules of their game without any reprimand. I even had another player claiming to be part of the game developers and claim that instead of that guy getting in trouble, I would further be victimised by the developers as well. Honestly, I have spent more money than I should have in this game and reach level 30 within a month. Since the game has decided to not take action about the bullying and harassment, I will have to seek further legal actions and recourse because of this.

Don’t waste your time, at first it’s great, you actually meet some great people here, but they don’t follow there own rules, after SVS event we’re supposed to be down time they allow bigger alliance names ONE in server 127 numbers attack your alliance 400 times back to back in one day, if you report it nothing happens, day two same thing big same alliance members burned our two Alliance headquarters, two cage, surveillance report it nothing, In world chat being cyber bullied, harassed, stalked by same big alliance report it nothing happens it’s a Digital report the answers emails from where to use, like sorry we don’t tolerate it but keeps allowing it, we have sent pictures of 400 attacks screenshots of everything this company allows it to happen they don’t care how much time or money you invest into the game they will not do anything about it! Supposed to be a game and fun from the real world but to allow this over and over again isn’t okay they have done this to us 6 times already we blocked and more but it doesn’t matter this game will allow this to happen has cost many to quit the same and they still don’t care Don’t WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME, you will get bullied and attacked even when others break the own game rules this game will not help you

I done paid all this money out of pocket for this free game just so I could be able to compete. This game is an endless money trap. Not to mention that you guys are allowing people to take materials in raids that I literally paid for. At no point is that ok. Yeah yeah I know I could go join someone and have protection. But seriously all this money I spent should offer up plenty of protection. I have been getting raided by someone who has either been playing for much longer or has spent much more. I thought after a few micro transactions I’d be safe. Noooooo come to find out what I spent was just a drop in the bucket. My power is 25 million to compare. This persons power is over 150 million. Whoever this is needs to be on a server with players within the same power level. Not just owning the server and destroying everything because they can. I was attacked 25 times in under 2 minutes and took over half a billion supplies from me, please don’t make me mention the down time for all the soldiers loss and wounded in the fights. I liked this game a bit too much and it has cost me.
