I canceled my order but you still send coffee
I have been trying to update my payment info & cant seem to get to the correct location!!! My subscription will be cancelled if I dont correct the card number. PLEASE ADVISE!! Love the coffee & need more!!! Thanks.
PLEASE QUIT sending me medium roast coffee. I only drink DARK ROAST. I also DID NOT deliberately sign up for monthly delivery. I really love your coffee and have turned several friends onto it, but although I have addressed the issue of medium roast NOT being requested you continue to send it to me. Tried to change subscription and ordered for the month. Shipment came w/another order, which I didn’t order! Then charged for that one separately. 2nd time this has happened! What is wrong with the app??

This is the best coffee we've ever had! We buy the whole bean Pitch Black Espresso in the 5 lb bags and repurchase about every 8 weeks. The mochas we make every morning have that extra "kick" that only Blackout Coffee can provide!
