Lost all of my points..
It says i didn’t have an account and my points didn’t transfer over. I tried ordering the buffalo chicken tenders and it wouldn’t let me add to cart. I tried the regular tenders but make it buffalo tenders and it still wouldn’t let me
Didn’t recognize my old account. Lost all of my rewards. Feels very lazy.

BobwhiteCounterApp doesn’t work. You can’t place an order for delivery. Hope they fix this soon.
It was difficult to get into the new app. Then finally get in and my previous loyalty points did not transfer
Neither my phone number nor email (both of which were connected to the old app) were recognized. I had to create a new account with the same info so my rewards didn’t transfer.
The old app worked well. The new app won’t even let me order. It just freezes on the screen. Plus, my rewards didn’t transfer over from the old app. Terrible business practices it’s a pity because the sandwiches are great.
Loved the old app, but the new one is giving me an error message any time I try to sign in to get my saved rewards and profile. I guess based on other reviews I’ll have to set up a whole new account and lose all my reward points? Ugh, what a downgrade.
I’ve never left an app review before. Used the old app untold times never with any trouble. This one does not work. Doesn’t have half the menu, orders don’t go through, rewards points didn’t transfer. Why would you do this? Please just switch back to the old app
I use BobwhiteCounterApp because it gives reward points. The new app didn’t transfer all the reward points from my account. Even adjusting for the new points calculation, which gives significantly less value, some of the points were lost while moving to the new app.
BobwhiteCounterApp is also buggy and will break when ordering certain food.
BobwhiteCounterApp is genuinely horrific. Nothing on it works. Why can’t I order my food BEFORE the store opens on BobwhiteCounterApp and not on a website. I just want to schedule my food. On top of that, my points didn’t even transfer over and the new UI is horrific. Please tear down the entire app and rebuild it from the ground up or go back to the old (and superior) app. There are just some things you can’t salvage.
They changed their menu and it’s terrible now. Used to be a great place to eat with dope menu. Not good now
