They changed their menu and it’s terrible now. Used to be a great place to eat with dope menu. Not good now

This app is genuinely horrific. Nothing on it works. Why can’t I order my food BEFORE the store opens on the app and not on a website. I just want to schedule my food. On top of that, my points didn’t even transfer over and the new UI is horrific. Please tear down the entire app and rebuild it from the ground up or go back to the old (and superior) app. There are just some things you can’t salvage.
New app lost my reward points

I use the app because it gives reward points. The new app didn’t transfer all the reward points from my account. Even adjusting for the new points calculation, which gives significantly less value, some of the points were lost while moving to the new app.
The app is also buggy and will break when ordering certain food.
